Chia Ginger Garlic Dressing

2 TB chia gel
2 TB tahini or almond butter
2 TB tamari (reduced sodium)
2 TB citrus or vinegar
1 TB mild miso
1 TB honeyginger
Fresh grated garlic (quantity your choice)
Fresh grated nutmeg – pinch

Mix it up. Put it on your veggies.

The more ginger/garlic the more it will knock your socks off. Go for it!
